Catstorm is the selfship between my self insert sona, Luka, and Felicia Hardy of Marvel. While I personally see Catstorm as a selfship, because Luka is genuinely just an ideal version of myself, all of their lore is surrounding their characters rather than me as myself.I selfship with Felicia Hardy from Earth-616, Felicia Hardy from Earth-1048 (Insomniac gamerverse) as well as an "OC-ified" version of her where I've reshaped her character to fit my spidersona's universe. I often will put Catstorm into different AUs / Universes, and when I do I use my OC-ified version of her rather than either of the "canon" versions of her.Each of these three versions of Catstorm have different lore, which all found within this page.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Anywhere from dating to married

Earth-5150 Catstorm is the version of Catstorm I am the most public about, and the version I use the most when it comes to shipping. They have the most lore, as 5150 Felicia is a heavy mix of both 616 and 1048 with my own headcanons and ideas tied in.

Luka's relationship with Felicia is one of their most complicated yet most important ones. They met Felicia shortly after they had graduated college, with Luka encountering her robbing a bank one night after they had seen reports of "The return of super thief Black Cat" circling the media. Their relationship started off as a simple, almost one sided rivalry, the two very much working against each other. Luka continuously grew frustrated with the way that Felicia would always somehow manage to slip from their grasp, not to mention the constant flirting that was happening whenever Luka managed to get close to catching her. However, as time went on, Felicia found herself more and more infatuated with Luka and really only took on requests and missions just to see if she would be encountering them. The two slowly started to become allies, with Felicia accompanying Luka on patrols and small missions. Slowly they started to form a sort of friendship with each other, and Luka started to actually enjoy her company. It wasn't long before the two started sharing more personal information with each other, including their identities, and slowly but surely Luka was beginning to fall in love with Felicia Hartley. After Luka's first encounter with The Howler, they end up half dead at Felicia's penthouse, which resulted in her confessing her own feelings the next morning out of the fear that Luka would truly end up dying. After that night the two entered a relationship. They are sickeningly in love with each other.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Dating

Earth-1048 Catstorm is actually the first version of Catstorm! I began selfshipping with her over 3 years ago, and slowly from there I began branching out into creating 5150 and 616 versions of them. Originally, 1048 Catstorm was extremely doomed, but after my insane fan service interaction with Erica Lindbeck (confirming them canon and calling me the girlfriend in Paris from the second game) I have decided to undoom them and give them the happy ending they deserve.

Luka and Felicia have an .. extremely complicated relationship. At first, it was best described as a "mutual feelings friends with benefits situationship". They both know it would be difficult to be together, because Felicia is the Black Cat, a thief, and Luka is another Spider, a hero, meaning they've been put against each other from the start. However, it's safe to say that life definitely had other plans for the two of them. While Felicia wasn't fond of the fact that she was tangling with another spider, she found herself quite infatuated with Luka at the beginning. The two of them crossed paths just barely three months after Luka had been bit. Their cat and mouse game had a good run, as Luka was determined to put the thief behind bars, but with every encounter and every failed attempt at stopping her, they found themself letting go of the fact that she was a "criminal". Even though encounters between the two grew a little scarce, Luka ultimately gave into their personal desires and let themself begin to have fun with Felicia. For the next three months the two began to develop a friendship, enjoying the thrill and time with each other. Luka began to let themself not be so righteous all the time, and Felicia decided it was about time she went a little straight. Eventually their friendship turned into something a little more, but still not enough. Their secret situationship had a good run before Felicia fled the city without any word or notice. Safe to say that Luka was more than a little heartbroken, and a bit angry, but as the days went by they tried not to let it get to them. About a month later, Felicia returned to New York. There was no notice before the two of them ran into each other again one night, and all anger that Luka had felt before was replaced with relief that she wasn't gone for good. While the reunion was a little awkward, both Luka and Felicia were just overall glad to be in each others presence again. They rekindled what they had before, and after a few platonic hangouts the desire the two of them held for each other took over. After that night filled with one too many stolen kisses, Luka realized that they couldn't do what they had done months ago again, and that it was now or never. They took the opportunity to confess, a little poorly if anything, but in the end it worked out for the better. Despite Felicia's own problems and insecurities, her love for Luka overpowered any other thought she had, and after that they two entered a relationship. While still a little rocky, the two of them are willing to do whatever it takes to make this work out.

Earth-616 Catstorm is more of an impulse ship than anything. Since 616 is so crazy vast their lore is a heavy work in progress but I am constantly thinking about them.

(WIP) Complicated insane relationship. Kinda toxic for a bit, very on and off because of different morals and views. Luka feels as if they need to be insanely righteous and that every wrongdoer needs to be incarcerated. However, over time, Luka realizes that everything isn't just black and white. While they still feel as if they're a "hero", after meeting Felicia and getting caught in her game, they start to become a bit more grey. Luka and Felicia end up changing each other for the better(?), with Luka becoming less lawful, and Felicia going a bit more straight.
